Payment Procedure For Contact Persons

Contact Persons please note that you are responsible for making the payments for your Cub Scout Pack, Cub Scout Den, or Girl Scout Troop. Please do not register anyone unless you have their payment or you are willing to make the payment for them.
 
Please also note that if you drop a participant you will still owe some money for that participant. Substituting another person, however, will not incur any penalties. For more details, see the CNJC Refund Policy Page at http://www.cnjcscouting.org/documents/ProgramRefund.pdf . No refunds will be given after Friday, October 21, 2011, 5 PM.
 
Remember that your registration is not complete until you have paid your fees. You can pay by cash, check, or credit card. You can submit payments by hand, mail, phone, or fax. Authorized persons only can use a UDA.
 
If paying by credit card, your payment must include the credit-card-holder's name and address, including zip code; the credit-card number; and the security code from the back of the card. Please also note that CNJC will not accept credit-card payments for less than $20.
 
After you have entered and checked all your registrations, you can download an Invoice from the User Operations Page. To avoid your payment going to the wrong place, please print out a copy of your Invoice and send it along with your payment to the Council Office.
